A600GS, the new Amiga mini

Presented during the Kickstart 01 show in July, the A600GS prototype (GS for Game System) aims to ride the mini wave.

After the C64 and A500, AmigaKit has unveiled the specifications of this mini-computer, which will be available in 2 versions: 2GB of memory and 64GB of storage for the A600GS and 4GB/128GB for the A600GS+.

OctaMED, Personal Paint and Amibench will be pre-installed.

Everything will be managed by the AmiSphere software environment, which will take care of downloads and updates.

While it won't put the Amiga back on the spotlight, the A600GS should appeal to fans and those curious about this iconic machine.
